On December 11–12, 2025, at Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, the International Forum “Education, Science, Innovation: Human Capital in the Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine” will take place.

The Forum will become a platform for uniting the efforts of Ukrainian and international scholars, educators, government representatives, international organizations, and civil society to form a strategic vision for the development of human capital as a key resource for Ukraine’s post-war innovative transformation.


Mission of the Forum

The Forum aims to unite the efforts of educators, researchers, Ukrainian and international public organizations, political figures, government and non-government representatives, and international experts in forming a strategy for the development of science and education for the revival of Ukraine and its innovative transformation in the context of achieving sustainable peace.


Format

The Forum will be held in a hybrid format (in-person / online) and will include:

  • Plenary sessions,
  • Panel discussions,
  • Thematic sections,
  • Round tables,
  • Special workshops.
